A Note from Our Brewer, Matt Hopf:
You can find me working hard turning the barley and hops into a cold bubbly brew that I’m sure your going to enjoy. I’m a local by local standards if you only go back 10 years and reside just a few country blocks from the brewery. I legally emigrated from the country up north and brought a bit of kindness you can taste in each glass. Coming from a long line of Hopfs, which in German translates to a brewer of hops, I’m trying to marry traditional brews with new ideas or just turning new ideas into something traditional.
